    Product Details

    Silicon carbide tubing/pipes are self-bonded, fine-grained α-type silicon carbide produced through processes such as fine silicon carbide powder spraying and granulation, isostatic pressing and dry pressing, and pressureless sintering. The density is greater than 95% of the theoretical density. This product is widely used in medium-frequency forging, various heat treatment furnaces, metallurgy, chemical industry, and non-ferrous metal smelting.


    Silicon carbide tubing possesses excellent properties such as high strength, high hardness, good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance, good thermal conductivity, and good oxidation resistance.


    Due to its high production efficiency, high yield, and small processing volume, the self-bonded silicon carbide (SSIC) process is ideally suited for producing silicon carbide ceramic components such as seals, tubing, thin plates, spheres, and small parts.


    The company uses its own high-purity silicon carbide raw materials and strictly tests all SSIC indicators during the production process to ensure product quality.
