Silicon carbide ceramics are among the most competitive bulletproof ceramic materials currently available, characterized by low price, light weight, high hardness, and impact resistance. We utilize state-of-the-art pressureless sintering technology to produce high-quality products with competitive pricing and short delivery times.


Production Process: First, high-purity silicon carbide powder is mixed with a mature granulation technology formulation. Then, it undergoes molding and isostatic pressing, followed by pressureless vacuum sintering, testing, and finally packaging.


Alumina, silicon carbide, and boron carbide are three commonly used materials in bulletproof ceramics. Alumina ceramic bulletproof plates (commonly known as "white plates") have a lower hardness (HRA90) and higher density; boron carbide ceramic bulletproof plates have high hardness and low density, offering excellent performance, but are significantly more expensive than the other two materials. Compared to alumina bulletproof plates, silicon carbide ceramic bulletproof plates (commonly known as "black plates") have a hardness of HRA92 and a density of only 82%, making them more affordable and widely applicable.
