Pre-mixed SIC powder is prepared by spray granulation after 12 hours of full mixing and uniformity of high-purity silicon carbide powder and sintering additives in the best proportion. The product particles are round and have good fluidity. The particle size range is 30-120um, and the particles are uniform.So the product is easy to press and sinter, and the yield is high.

Pre-mixed SIC powder has two types-- Reactive sintering(RSIC) and Pressureless sintering(SSIC). 

Based on different purposes: Pre-mixed SIC powder for bulletproof ceramic specific and ordinary Pre-mixed SIC powder.
