Silicon carbide ceramics have a high Vickers hardness of approximately 2600 HV, but relatively poor toughness, making them difficult to process. Through years of process research, our company has mastered multiple silicon carbide ceramic processing technologies, enabling us to complete the processing of various special-structure silicon carbide parts with high quality.
Regarding the production of ceramics, the company has two processes: pressureless sintering and hot pressing sintering. Products with different processes have different advantages and are suitable for different scenarios. Pressureless sintered ceramics have high cost-effectiveness and are suitable for mass production. They are suitable for use as bulletproof materials, seals, nozzles, wear-resistant and temperature resistant materials, as well as common nuclear power materials. Ceramics produced by hot pressing sintering are suitable for small-scale production, can be made into larger sizes, and are suitable for use as nuclear power core materials, semiconductor materials, target materials, and bulletproof materials.
